Diane Rossi

President, Diane M. Rossi, has more than 20 years experience in cultural integration, sales, marketing, contract negotiations, employee and leadership development, business process improvement, workshop design, training and facilitation.

Before launching The Vista Group, Rossi worked in numerous industries gaining knowledge along the way. From professional nurse to experienced national managed care contract negotiator to JCAHO implementation specialist, Diane’s hands-on experience afford her the insight into the critical elements required to ensure success in the volatile, changing world of health care. Diane’s broad-base of knowledge offers clients of The Vista Group the opportunity to change the way they do business with a proven record of success.

Rossi has also had the opportunity to work in a variety of broadcast mediums; in two of the top ten television markets as an award-winning journalist for Gannett /NBC affiliates, and back in her home state of Colorado, Diane worked for National Public Radio, also as an award-winning journalist.

Diane began a career in print eight years ago as an original partner with the Newspaper Association of America in the development and implementation of Partners-2000. A turnkey change program designed to increase the competitive advantage of the newspaper industry. To date, the Partners program has been implemented in more than 100 newspapers nationwide and the results have been outstanding.

As with Partners, Diane is responsible for the design and implementation of many of the programs utilized by Vista Group clients. Her real-time, personalized design approach gives customers what they need for immediate and sustainable change.
